|   LEADERSHIP The Hilltop Hayburners 4-H Club is led by its youth members. The adults support the club in an advisory role. 4-H teaches leadership by allowing the youth to lead the monthly meetings and to make the decisions for the club. The youth officers are ultimately responsible for the running of the club. | |
