Hilltop Hayburners 4-H Club BY-LAWS
ARTICLE I.
The officers shall be elected by ballot.
ARTICLE II.
The club shall meet regularly ONCE a month.
Other meetings shall be at the call of the President.
ARTICLE III.
Meetings consist of: 1) Opening 2) Business, 3) Education, 4) Recreation.
ARTCILE IV.
These By-Laws may be amended by a vote of 2/3 of the members present at any meeting.
