Tova Barden and her horse Rusty have competed all over the Northwest in National Reined Cowhorse Association  (NRCA) events. In her first full year of competition, she won the Northwest region in youth limted , which includes Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Idaho.  She received a $4,000 custom saddle for her prize and a $250 scholarship from AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association.)
Tova is ranked 10th nationally and qualified for the World Chamionships.
To achieve this, Tova practices daily and travels to Graham twice a week to train with her horse on buffalo and cows.
