Hilltop Hayburners 4-H Club CONSTITUTION
ARTICLE I.
The name of this organization shall be the HILLTOP HAYBURNERS 4-H Club
ARTICLE II.
Membership is open to all boys and girls in kindergarten and age 5 and above whithout regard to race, creed, color, income level, or national origin.
ARTICLE III.
A majority vote shall constitute an election.
ARTICLE IV.
The constitution may be amended by a vote of 2/3 of the membership present at any regular club meeting.
